Drunk Driving Charges in Oklahoma
According to the police investigating the incident, Emiliano Sanchez was intoxicated on the evening of January 3, when he drove his vehicle through a fence at Brighton Place Apartments and into the parking lot of Southern Oaks Library in Oklahoma City, striking three people.
