Oklahoma Zero Tolerance Penalties for Underage DUI

- Third offense: 36 month (3 year) revocation
Underage DUI offenses in Oklahoma are also punishable by the following:
- First offense: Fine of between $100 and $500, a treatment program, 20 hours of community service, or any combination of the three
- Second offense: Fine of between $100 and $1,000, a treatment program, 240 hours of community service, or any combination of the three, as well as the installation of an ignition interlock device, and any court-recommended treatments
- Third or subsequent offense: Fine of between $100 and $2,000, 480 hours of community service, a treatment program, installation of an ignition interlock device, and any court-recommended treatments
